DESCRIPTION:This week we have project #37 giving a talk about How to succeed with communicating software metrics in the organization? – Five questions for managers \nSpeaker: Aleksandre Asatiani from University of Gothenburg. \nWhile software metrics are indispensable for quality assurance\, using metrics in practice is far from uncomplicated. Implementing and executing metrics are challenging tasks as it is difficult to manage the technical and human aspects of the software measurement. Based on the data from four companies\, the study identifies several bottlenecks in the process of metrics implementation and communication\, suggesting key questions managers should ask to help them success in the process.
