SUMMARY:Systems Engineering workshop at Saab
DESCRIPTION:Next stop: Saab\, Göteborg!\nPlease be invited to our next on-site meeting\, hosted by Saab\, Göteborg. Detailed agenda will follow. \nThe SE community is open for Systems Engineers and similar roles focusing on integrating systems from disparate technologies. \nTheme: Systems built to evolve\nTime: Thursday 5th Sept 13:30 to Friday 6th 14.30 \nPlace: Saab\, Main Reception\, Solhusgatan 10\, Göteborg \nHost: Tomas Berling\, Saab \nAs inspiration…\nSome of the topics we worked on at the previous on-site meeting in May at Tetra Pak\, Lund: \n\nThe factory tour showed system dependencies in Tetra Pak’s value chain\nArchitecting “solution families” to deliver integrated use cases\nProduct line engineering with base and variants; applying form/fit/function to both hardware and software\nDigital thread connecting suppliers and customers\, enabling data insights across the value chain\nTool suites for systems engineering\, enabling PLM from requirements to operations\n\n\nParticipants agreed that topics such as these open good sharing of experiences and can be continued in future collaboration.

SUMMARY:Trustworthy and Human-Centered Test Automation – TAHCTA Kick Off
DESCRIPTION:Our project aims to enhance the trustworthiness and effectiveness of test automation by integrating human intelligence and developing advanced analysis and visualization tools. By investigating cognitive and human factors\, we seek to improve test automation through human-centered test generation\, selection\, and prioritization techniques that emphasize explainability and interactivity. Additionally\, we focus on creating visualization and analysis methods tailored to human needs\, addressing ethical challenges\, and identifying synergies between human and automated test creation. We also explore the effective integration of mutation testing into the testing process\, ensuring continuous delivery systems are transparent\, reliable\, and aligned with stakeholder needs. \nAgenda: \n\nWelcome and Introductions\nProject Overview and Objectives\nBrainstorming Session with Partner Companies\nPrioritization of Activities\nNetworking Opportunities\n\nMore details to be added later on. \nIn person: Hus Jupiter\, Rum 473 \nHörselgången 5\, 417 56 Göteborg \nhttps://maps.chalmers.se/#24c0028f-a6e4-4f40-8616-84c584957877 \nTeams: \nhttps://teams.microsoft.com/l/meetup-join/19%3ameeting_YTU2MzI2M2MtNTk1NS00MWRlLTk1ZTAtMzliNWFjNGUzNGE1%40thread.v2/0?context=%7b%22Tid%22%3a%22a1795b64-dabd-4758-b988-b309292316cf%22%2c%22Oid%22%3a%22cc58cd04-6442-4de2-b42c-9f096210ed4c%22%7d \nMeeting ID: 374 987 585 143 \nAsk the organizer for passcode

SUMMARY:Sustainability project meeting #1
DESCRIPTION:Sustainability is a vital aspect of any business; software engineering is no exception. \nIt is well-known that individuals\, state agencies and companies all have to contribute to limit the negative effects of climate change and the biological environment. Other dimensions necessary for a sustainable future are Social\, Individual\, Technical\, and Economic. \nThe vision with the project is that companies and researchers of Software \n\n\n\n\nThe project will prepare companies to better adapt to changes needed for a sustainable future along all dimensions and avoid reproduction of unsustainable practices. \n\n\n\n\nThe project will continue the dialogue in workshops with the sustainability experts and other professions at Software Center companies in order to: \n\nDescribe the current state of the work within companies on contributing to sustainability and the roadmap of changes.\nDescribe the risks and barriers against the changes.\nExchange experience among companies.\nAnalyse the implications for software and systems engineering professionals.\nAnalyse the implications for software and systems engineering research.\nTake the lead in the requested sustainability work in the CoDig competence centre
