During the workshop, we will focus our activities on three main work streams, i.e. infrastructure, safe & agile process and automation. The desired outcome of the second workshop is
(1) a conceptual solution that addresses the main concerns,
(2) an outline of the concrete solution, and
(3) a “paper prototype” (mock-up) of the solution approach.
Based on this, the intent is to agree on some companies that are willing to pilot these solutions in their R&D.

December 12:
10:30-11:00 Opening, round of introductions, agreement of tangible outcomes
11:00-12:30 Plenary discussion of each work stream (30 minutes per stream)
12:30-13:30 Lunch
13:30-16:30 Break-out sessions #1 with each work stream (including coffee break)
16:30-17:00 Presentation by each work stream; discussion on next steps for day 2
December 13:
09:00-09:30 Opening, planning for the day
09:30-12:30 Break-out sessions #1 with each work stream (including coffee break)
12:30-13:30 Lunch
13:30-15:30 Presentation by each work stream, discussion of alignment between the work streams
