Sustainability project meeting #1

Sustainability is a vital aspect of any business; software engineering is no exception.
It is well-known that individuals, state agencies and companies all have to contribute to limit the negative effects of climate change and the biological environment. Other dimensions necessary for a sustainable future are Social, Individual, Technical, and Economic.
The vision with the project is that companies and researchers of Software

The project will prepare companies to better adapt to changes needed for a sustainable future along all dimensions and avoid reproduction of unsustainable practices.

The project will continue the dialogue in workshops with the sustainability experts and other professions at Software Center companies in order to:
- Describe the current state of the work within companies on contributing to sustainability and the roadmap of changes.
- Describe the risks and barriers against the changes.
- Exchange experience among companies.
- Analyse the implications for software and systems engineering professionals.
- Analyse the implications for software and systems engineering research.
- Take the lead in the requested sustainability work in the CoDig competence centre
