• The EU AI Act’s Risk-Based Approach: understanding how AI systems are classified, what makes a system “high-risk,” and why this matters for software-intensive organizations.
• Practical Compliance Frameworks: a step-by-step method for aligning AI development and deployment workflows with the Act’s requirements — including supplier management, adaptation of third-party GenAI, and internal AI development.

About the presenter

Rimma Dzhusupova is an Industrial AI and AI Compliance expert with over 15 years of experience in the energy, infrastructure, and digital sectors, working at the intersection of technology, governance, and regulation. In her current role as Global AI Solutions Lead in a multinational engineering and construction enterprise, Rimma oversees the design and deployment of enterprise-scale AI applications, ensuring governance, risk management, and compliance with EU regulations. Alongside, Rimma serves as an Assistant Professor at Eindhoven University of Technology, TU/e, with expertise in Industrial AI applications and EU AI Act Compliance and contributed to the European Commission plenary group that drafted the General-Purpose AI Code of Practice (2024–2025)
